Style of Yoga & Format:. The training will be taught in the Brahmrishi style which empowers each teacher with the skills to instruct a broad range of students. Yoga philosophy lies at the heart of the training, and is woven into the various topics of: proper alignment, assisting, sequencing, and anatomy.
