When we meditate together, healing occurs. Take a quiet 30-minute break in the middle of the week to reboot and reset. Settle into this central practice of mindfulness with kind attention to what is present in the moment. This practice helps to nurture calm and ease, and is highly accessible, simple, and timeless.
