Why practice with Zen Jenn? I’m a human being who has experienced profound healing through these practices. You can, too. My offerings are tailored to meet you where you are. I support every moment of your practice with sincerity. I won’t push you to strive for better; I’ll encourage you to trust the unfolding process, rely on your wisdom and intuition, and advocate for self-compassion. Meditation is intensely personal. There’s no wrong way to sit quietly, witness your existence, and experience what it feels like to be human.

Meditation for All – Monday Meditation – Mondays at 12:30pm EDT
When we meditate together, healing occurs. Take a quiet 30-minute break to begin your week. Practice simple and accessible meditation techniques to become more grounded, present, and embodied. This timeless practice helps to nurture calm and ease. The current moon phase and astrological signs inspire all sessions. Meditation for All – Midweek Mindfulness Break – Wednesdays at 12:30pm EDT
