Community Practice.

Why practice with Zen Jenn? I’m not another face on a screen. I’m a human being who has experienced profound healing through these practices. You can too. I am forever a student as well as a guide. I bring decades of experience to share with you. I see your humanity too. I will meet you wherever you are in your practice. It is my mission to help you grow and nurture your practice. Together we can grow and nurture this community, so we may all find some peace in this complicated world. You’re here now. Please join me!

Yin Yoga + Meditation. Yin postures mostly target the hips and spine with longer holds. Postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes and attend to the deep and dense tissue in the joints. This class will help improve joint mobility, wake up the energy meridians throughout the body, and cultivate a deep sense of embodied presence. The class will close with a 10-minute seated meditation practice. A yin practice is an ideal complement to a vinyasa practice, and other movement practices such as running and cycling.
