Private Offerings with Zen Jenn Enjoy an individualized guided meditation practice customized to meet your goals.

  • Learn to meditate in 4 sessions: Foundational instruction for a beginner practice. Learn a simple and accessible meditation technique, and how to create a daily meditation practice. Extended first session with three 30-minute follow-up sessions. Instruction may incorporate embodiment, mindfulness, energy awareness, and breath work. Sessions are customized based on your goals. Choose this option if you have limited or zero meditation experience. 

  • Private Meditation First Session: Initial private session with Jennifer open to all levels. Schedule this before follow up sessions. Discuss previous meditation experience and current goals for your personal practice. Then enjoy an individualized guided meditation practice customized to meet your goals. Instruction may incorporate embodiment, mindfulness, energy awareness, and breath work. 

  • Private Meditation Follow Up Extended: Follow up 45-60 minute private session. Schedule this option following your first private session with Jennifer. Enjoy an individualized guided meditation practice customized to meet your goals. Instruction may incorporate embodiment, mindfulness, energy awareness, and breath work. Choose this option if you’d like extra coaching with an extended meditation practice.

  • Private Meditation Follow Up: Follow up 30 minute private session. Schedule this option following your first private session with Jennifer. Enjoy an individualized guided meditation practice customized to meet your goals. Instruction may incorporate embodiment, mindfulness, energy awareness, and breath work. This option includes coaching with a 20 meditation practice.

  • Private Virtual Small Group Meditation: Zoom Jennifer into your home, office, conference room, or classroom for a live virtual meditation practice. This offering is perfect for families, wedding parties, small businesses, organizational work departments, and small college classes. Sessions may incorporate embodiment, mindfulness, energy awareness, and breath work. You build a group of 2-15 participants. Sessions are customized to suit the needs of your group.
