Lie down, get comfy and find the deepest state of relaxation you’ll even know!! Yoga Nidra, which is translated as yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation practice and can be extremely profound for many practitioners. You’re guided into state of deep relaxation while remaining fully conscious and awake. The practice includes breath awareness, a journey of consciousness through the physical body, and guided visualization.

Regular practice of yoga nidra has proven to improve brain function and creativity, relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression, and relieve physical pain in the body. It is an ideal practice for all levels of practitioners and is a wonderful compliment to more physical yoga practices.
