I’m happy to share my 7 Day meditation challenge with Planet Prana – Mindful Living Blog readers. I shared this journey with my Substack audience at the beginning of May, and it is still relevant to practice now on your own time. I personally found this challenge to be a transformative experience, as I deeply connected with the changes happening within and around me each day of the challenge.

Each day, you will be guided through calming meditations to help you become grounded, present, and embodied by tapping into the essence of this season.

Why practice for 7 days in a row?

Practicing meditation consistently for 7 days can have the following benefits:
