🌊Tides of Being is a lunar almanac newsletter and blog inspired by the rhythms of nature and cycles of the moon, offering mindful reflections on the ebb and flow of human emotions, healing, and awakening through the personal lens of a woman navigating midlife. I publish with the moon cycles. The long-form newsletter is published twice a month, coinciding with the New and Full Moon, and explores topics such as grief, self-care, human emotions, nature, seasons + cycles, meditation, mindfulness, music, art, and astrology.
