Planet Prana is an online meditation space offering live group meditation sessions on Zoom and a digital library of on-demand recorded sessions. Private instruction on various meditation and mindfulness techniques is also available. All offerings are presented by Jennifer Bochik (Zen Jenn). She welcomes all levels of practitioners. I wish to inspire you to connect with the intertwined essence of your humanity and your natural environment. I won’t insist on loyalty to me or my offerings alone. There is a teacher for everyone, even if it’s not me. I won’t push you to strive for better in your practice. Instead, I will encourage you to lean into the moment and trust the unfolding process. I urge you to rely on your wisdom and intuition as your greatest teacher. I will advocate for self-compassion within your practice. I will help you understand that meditation is an intensely personal and individual experience. I assure you that there is no wrong way to sit quietly, witness a few moments of your existence, and experience what it feels like to be human.

About Jennifer
I’m Jennifer, an advanced certified yoga and meditation teacher with over two decades of experience. I’m a dedicated lifelong student of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My current focus is guided meditation, mindfulness, and embodied presence. I have also gained extensive knowledge in stress management, relaxation techniques, yoga therapeutics, and Ayurveda. These timeless practices have transformed my life in profound ways. My work is inspired and guided by the seasons and cycles of our natural world. As an instructor, my approach is authentic, compassionate, heart-centered, playful, and embodied. It brings me great joy to share these transformative practices with others. What is Prana? Excerpt from Light on Pranayama, The Art of Yogic Breathing by BKS Iyengar

“Prana is the energy permeating the universe at all levels.  It is physical, mental, intellectual, sexual, spiritual and cosmic energy.  All vibrating energies are prana.  All physical energies, such as heat, light, gravity, magnetism and electricity are also prana.  It is the hidden or potential energy in all beings, released to the fullest extent in times of danger.  It is the prime mover of all activity.  It is energy which creates, protects and destroys.  Vigor, power, vitality, life and spirit are all forms of prana.”
