As we step into this new month, those of us in the Northern Hemisphere find ourselves at a familiar threshold—the delicate balance between winter’s quiet embrace and the gentle awakening of spring. The Spring Equinox arrives on March 20, 2025, inviting us into a season of renewal while we slowly emerge from winter’s restful slumber.

This month, I offer you a guided relaxation to honor this transition. It’s a gentle reminder that embodied rest is essential—we don’t need to rush out of winter’s stillness too soon.

If you are feeling like me, you are probably ready to sprint toward spring after the brutal winter we’ve had. Instead, let’s step forward intuitively, listening to our own rhythms and the wisdom of the shifting seasons.
