Dear Friends❣️

The tides are shifting, and so am I.

For some time, I’ve felt the gentle pull of change, much like the ocean reshaping the shoreline—subtle at first, then undeniable. What began as Human Being is now evolving into something deeper, something more genuine to the way I move through the world. With the arrival of Pisces season, a time of fluidity, dissolution, and renewal, I’m embracing the natural current of transformation.

Welcome to Tides of Being.

This shift is more than just a name change. It’s a reflection of where I find myself—standing at the water’s edge, letting the waves of healing, grief, and awakening wash over me. I no longer resist the ebb and flow of life but instead choose to move with it, to trust the rhythms of nature, the cycles of the moon, and the deep wisdom of water.

Why Tides of Being? Water has always been my teacher. It reminds me that change is constant, that we are never the same from moment to moment. The tides teach us about surrender, about how to let go and allow life to move through us. Just as the moon calls the ocean to rise and retreat, our inner world shifts in cycles—grief and grace, stillness and motion, loss and renewal.

This space has always been about exploring what it means to be human—raw, real, and ever-changing. But now, I want to integrate more of my work as a meditation guide, offering reflections and practices to help you flow with your own tides. I will be weaving in more guided meditations, invitations to pause, and ways to connect more deeply with yourself and the natural world.

It’s a Pisces season rebirth! There’s something poetic about making this transition during Pisces season, the sign of boundless waters and deep inner knowing. Pisces dissolves what no longer serves, making way for something more fluid and more true. It reminds us that we are not separate from the currents of life—we are the water, the wave, the stillness, the storm.

What This Means for You – If you’ve been here for a while, you know my writing is deeply personal, woven with grief, healing, self-discovery, and the practice of being present with it all. That won’t change. What will change is how I bring more of my meditation offerings into this space—so that instead of just reading about the tides, you can experience them, soften into them, and let them move through you.

I feel this shift in my bones, in my breath, in how I long to show up in this space. Tides of Being feels like home. I hope this space continues to be a sanctuary where we honor our own tides and trust the wisdom of water—to cleanse, shape, and carry us forward.

Flow like the tides in 10 breaths – Take a moment to close your eyes and connect with your breath. Imagine your inhale as the rising tide washing over you, filling you with presence and connection. Feel your exhale as the tide retreats, releasing what isn’t needed in the moment. Let each breath remind you that, like water, you are always in motion—expanding, softening, renewing.10 breaths – thats it!

I release resistance and welcome renewal, letting the waters of this new moon cleanse what no longer serves me and make space for what is meant to be.
