Meditation for All – Monthly Mindfulness Break
2nd Monday of Every Month at 7:00 p.m. ET

Take a quiet and mindful break to reboot and reset. These sessions include 20-25 minutes of practice followed by open questions and discussion. Settle into this central practice of mindfulness with kind attention to what is present in the moment. This practice helps to nurture calm and ease and is highly accessible, simple, and timeless. This community class is open to all levels on a sliding payment scale ($12 suggested – paying more supports the community fund for those who cannot pay). Please join us!

Wisdom, Intuition, Support, and Empowerment—This women-only live meditation and listening group offers a sanctuary of peace and connection while weaving a tapestry of shared experiences and mutual understanding. Each session blends guided meditation, sharing, and deep listening exercises carefully crafted to foster self-awareness and empathy.
