February Meditation Practice 2026 ♒
February Greetings, dear Friends❣️
If you are feeling anything like me this month, you may feel as though you can’t get enough rest. My nervous system has felt under assault, constantly bombarded by media, relentless news cycles, and the pressure of squeezed budgets. Even as I try to allow these experiences to be here, to feel and process what arises, to turn toward gratitude, and to invite in a new mindset through powerful intentions, it can feel hard to keep up.
It feels hard to know what the next right action is in any given moment, and so perhaps, at times, inaction is the wiser choice. Turning toward the Earth and my connection to her is always a steady and supportive place to land. That is what I am offering you this month: a simple grounding practice to help you root into your body, your breath, and the living presence of the Earth itself.
Simple Grounding Practice 🌲
This is a short guided meditation practice for grounding. Grounding involves connecting to the Earth or any support beneath your body and feet. It is a self-soothing technique that helps you stay connected and rooted. Practicing grounding techniques can help regulate the nervous system and reduce stress, anxiety, and overthinking. It can also help us work through intense emotional experiences.
