May Meditation Practice ♉
May Greetings, dear friends❣️
This month’s meditation practice continues the journey we began in April with Body Intuition. As the Earth stirs awake from her winter slumber here in the northern hemisphere, we, too, may feel the gentle call of renewal within ourselves. Spring weaves themes of awakening, softness, and emergence into our daily lives—inviting us to witness and embody its quiet magic.
There is something truly profound about aligning with this season of rebirth. As blossoms unfold and the days grow longer, nature offers us a mirror—an invitation to come home to our own growth and unfolding.
This is a beautiful time to realign mind, body, and spirit with the rhythms of the natural world. I invite you to step outside, breathe deeply, and consider how the changes you see in the landscape might also reflect shifts within you.
I believe this is the quiet wisdom of nature: always offering guidance, if we’re willing to listen.

Let nature be your guide as you move through your day, rooted, aware, and connected. In spring, the world begins to hum again—birds, blossoms, breezes. Let’s tune into that rhythm and allow ourselves to move with it. Feel your body as part of this same web of life.
