yoga home practice :: zen flow to get grounded

Take some time to slow down and get connected to the earth for grounding and clarity.  Episode 15 is a zen flow yoga practice designed for getting grounded as we transition into cool weather and the busyness of the end of the year.  Zen flow is purposeful gentle movement combining various yoga postures and breath work, with moments of pause for reflection and connection. The practice will help to create space and ease in the body for pain relief, and to help remove areas of stickiness, both physically and mentally. It is also designed as a meditation in motion, allowing for continuous connection to the breath and sensations in the physical body. Thank you and enjoy!
