This is one of my go to home practices that always helps me to feel fabulous all over.  This practice is designed to soften tension in the soft connective tissue throughout the entire body. This sequence targets specific areas in and around the pelvis including the hip joints, low back, core & spine and legs all the way down to the feet.

If you like this practice and you want to help a sister out, please go and leave a review in iTunes about my podcast.  If your not tech savvy or on iTunes, please share this post and podcast with friends and family who you think may benefit from this practice.  Thank you and enjoy!

Props needed: yoga mat, tennis ball, strap and a blanket.

*Standing centering in tadasana (standing mountain pose)
*Standing sequence includes tennis ball work on the soles of the feet, side bending and forward folds
*Seated sequence in sukhasana (easy cross legged seat) with gentle backbend, forward fold, side bending and twist
*Supine sequence in supta padangusthasana (reclining big toe pose) with variations of internal and external rotations of the hip joints and twisting the spine
*Savasana (corpse pose)

*Outro song “Ishq Allah Ma’bud Lillah'” by Pela

*Check out the Yoga Journal pose guide for pictures and pose information

It is my privilege and honor to guide you through your practice! Peace & Oms!!

Namaste,
Zen Jenn
