I’m so excited to announce this workshop! Join Vishali Gupta with guest musician Jeremiah Kiefer and experience the beauty of Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of devotion.
Vishali will teach us 4 mantras beginning with Om chanting and postures for warm up. The mantras include the Gayatri Mantra with classical Surya Namaskar for movement, 2 Shiva mantras with coordinating postures and the Shanti mantra (purnamadah). Jeremiah is an added bonus with live acoustic guitar and singing.
Vishali Gupta offers a unique approach to teaching from a cultural perspective. She was born and raised in India and teaches correct pronunciation of the mantras as well as rich story telling with regards to how and why we chant these mantras.
